Billing & Charges
Installation, activation, recurring charges, taxes, and applicable service fees must be paid as billed.

These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using or subscribing to any service offered by Clicknet Communication Private Limited, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Nature of Services
The services provided by the Company are intended only for lawful, ethical, and legitimate purposes in accordance with applicable laws of India.
Customers agree not to misuse the services for any illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
4. Service Availability
All services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any express or implied warranties.
The Company does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service availability
- Error-free performance
- Continuous network connectivity
- Virus-free or malware-free access
- Guaranteed end-to-end internet bandwidth
The Company shall not be liable for temporary interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, network failures, third-party infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond its control.
5. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
Internet plans may be subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP) limits.
Upon reaching the prescribed fair usage limit:
- Internet speed may be reduced as per the applicable plan policy
- Reduced speed shall remain applicable for the remainder of the billing cycle
- Original speed will automatically restore at the beginning of the next billing cycle
6. Charges & Payments
Customers agree to pay all applicable charges, including but not limited to:
- Installation Charges
- Activation Charges
- Monthly Service Charges
- Quarterly Charges
- Half-Yearly Charges
- Annual Charges
- Taxes and Government Levies
- Maintenance Charges
- Shifting Charges (if applicable)
All payments made to the Company are non-refundable unless otherwise specifically stated.
7. Billing & Invoice Terms
The Company may issue invoices through:
Invoice Delivery Channels
- SMS
- Customer Portal
- Courier
- Printed Copy
- Digital Billing Platforms
Payment Timeline & Consequences
Customers are required to make payment within 05 days from the invoice date.
Failure to make payment within the due date may result in:
- Temporary suspension
- Restricted service access
- Permanent disconnection
- Additional late charges
- Reconnection fees
8. Non-Refund Policy
The Company shall not be liable to refund any amount under circumstances including but not limited to:
- Service suspension
- Temporary downtime
- Customer discontinuation
- Customer relocation
- Technical interruptions
- Network maintenance
- Plan changes
- Force majeure conditions
9. Installation & Customer-End Configuration
The Company shall provide necessary assistance for installation and activation of internet connectivity at the customer premises.
However, the Company shall not be responsible for:
- Internal LAN configuration
- Router setup
- Wi-Fi configuration
- Third-party device issues
- Customer-end network management
- Personal device troubleshooting
10. Connection Shifting
If a customer wishes to shift the connection to another address:
- Feasibility of service availability will be checked
- Additional shifting charges may apply
- The Company is not obligated to provide service at the new location
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the services legally and responsibly
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Avoid unauthorized access or misuse
- Ensure timely payment of dues
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Customers shall be solely responsible for activities performed using their connection or account credentials.
12. Prohibited Activities
Customers shall not:
- Resell internet services without authorization
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Violate copyright or intellectual property rights
- Distribute harmful, obscene, or illegal content
- Attempt unauthorized access to networks or systems
- Conduct cybercrime or hacking activities
- Use the connection for prohibited VPN activities
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if any misuse is detected.
13. Copyright & Third-Party Content
Customers shall not reproduce, distribute, publish, copy, download, or exploit copyrighted third-party content without proper authorization or licensing.
Any violation of intellectual property rights shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
14. Objectionable Content
Customers shall ensure that no objectionable, offensive, obscene, unlawful, or prohibited material is transmitted using the Company’s services.
The internet may contain content that some users may find offensive or inappropriate. Accessing such content shall be entirely at the customer’s own risk.
The Company has no control over third-party internet content and accepts no responsibility for such material.
15. Ownership of Equipment
Any hardware, software, modem, router, cable, ONU, or installation equipment deployed at the customer premises by the Company shall remain the property of Clicknet Communication Private Limited unless otherwise specified in writing.
16. Suspension & Termination of Services
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services without prior notice under circumstances including:
Grounds for Suspension or Termination
- Non-payment of dues
- Breach of terms and conditions
- Fraudulent activity
- Illegal usage
- Incorrect customer information
- Misuse of network services
- Payment reversal or cheque dishonor
Reactivation Requirements
- Full outstanding payment
- Reconnection charges
- Security deposit
- Fresh installation charges
17. Technical Maintenance & Downtime
The Company may temporarily suspend services for:
- Network upgrades
- Maintenance activities
- Technical repairs
- Infrastructure testing
- Emergency restoration
The Company will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime wherever possible.
18. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Company or its employees be liable for:
- Loss of business
- Revenue loss
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Delay in connectivity
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Financial losses due to internet downtime
The customer acknowledges that internet services are dependent upon multiple external infrastructure providers and technical systems.
19. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held responsible for delay, interruption, or failure of services caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Cyclones
- Fire
- Earthquakes
- War
- Riots
- Government restrictions
- Power failures
- Epidemics
- Strikes
- Cable damage
- Public disturbances
20. Cable Operator & Third-Party Network Dependency
The customer acknowledges that certain services may depend on third-party cable operators, infrastructure providers, or network partners.
The Company shall not be liable for downtime arising from such third-party infrastructure failures.
21. Verification & Customer Information
The Company reserves the right to verify customer information through authorized agencies.
If any information provided by the customer is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, the Company may suspend or terminate services immediately without prior notice.
23. VPN Usage Notice
It is hereby informed that VPN services are not promoted or officially provided by Clicknet Communication Private Limited.
Any illegal or unauthorized use of VPN services over the Company network shall be strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of services as per applicable laws.
24. Modification of Terms
Clicknet Communication Private Limited reserves the right to modify, amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the official website.
25. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Maharashtra, India.
